Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy explains what 99 Decibel collects when you request a Signal Check or otherwise contact us, and how we use it. It’s written plainly. It is a starting template — have it reviewed against your jurisdiction before you rely on it.
What we collect
When you submit the Signal Check form we collect the details you give us: your name, practice name, website or social handle, email address, and mobile number. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring source) through cookies and marketing pixels.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver the marketing audit you requested.
- To contact you about your audit and a Signal Check call.
- To measure and improve our own marketing and this website.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and your data may pass through them: our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), website analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (Meta and Google) for measurement and retargeting. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & pixels
We use cookies and pixels from Meta and Google to understand which ads and pages lead to enquiries. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how the site works.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@99decibel.com and we’ll take care of it.
